Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our growing Residential Conveyancing team in Lichfield as a Conveyancing Fee Earner on a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.
The role will involve managing conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, registered and unregistered titles, using a case management system.
Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 12 months' experience in a residential conveyancing fee earning role, knowledge of the full conveyancing process, and experience of using a case management system.
This is a permanent, full-time office-based job working 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
