Conveyancing Solicitor

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our team at ACS Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our Conveyancing department, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception to conclusion.
Key Responsibilities:- Case Management: Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.
- Client Liaison: Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure timely and cost-effective case progression.
- Business Development: Develop professional relationships with clients and other potential sources of work to generate fee income in line with agreed targets.
- Work Allocation and Productivity: Manage your own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimal supervision.
- Qualifications and Experience: Hold a relevant qualification (e.g., solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or have experience managing your own caseload.
- Recent Practical Experience: Recent practical experience of working in the legal profession, preferably in Conveyancing.
- Commercial Awareness: Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact on the practice.
- Client Care: Demonstrate a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care.
