Job Title: Chief Veterinarian Officer for Multi-Site GP Clinics


Location: Birmingham area, with easy access to multiple clinics


Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum (dependent on experience)


About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Chief Veterinarian Officer to lead our team of dedicated professionals across five GP clinics in the Birmingham area. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for maintaining high clinical standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting continuous professional development for our clinical staff.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Maintain exceptional clinical standards across all five clinics, adhering to industry regulations and best practices
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous professional development, fostering a culture of growth and excellence within the team
  • Collaborate closely with clinic teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, aligning with company values and objectives
