Felicity J Lord Estate Agents is seeking an ambitious and skilled individual to join our team as an Area Property Valuer in Brixton. This exciting opportunity will allow you to showcase your expertise in property valuation, develop strong relationships with clients, and grow the business through exceptional service delivery.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for valuing properties, identifying potential sales opportunities, and developing strategies to increase client satisfaction. You will work closely with the local Branch Management team to achieve growth targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Valuing properties using your knowledge of the local market and industry trends;
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers to ensure their needs are met;
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and property valuations;
  • Providing regular updates to clients on the progress of their properties and any relevant market information;
  • Participating in marketing activities to promote the company's services and attract new clients;
  • Contributing to the development of new business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and revenue;

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a proven track record of success in property valuation or a related field;
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Is able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Has a strong understanding of the local property market and industry trends;
  • Is self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines;

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £75,000 to £100,000 per year, dependent on experience;
  • A basic salary of between £25,000 & £35,000, plus supplementary payments to support you whilst you build your pipeline;
