Job Title: Senior Project Manager

At Fawkes & Reece South, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for managing multiple contracts from pre-contract stages through to handovers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple contracts simultaneously, ensuring timely progress and financial success.

• Lead project teams, holding ultimate responsibility for client liaison, construction progress, and financial management.

• Identify key areas of risk and opportunity, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.

• Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a Tier 1 environment.

• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
