Senior Project Manager Job Description

TalentHawk is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high-impact programme in our front office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale front-office application projects, with a strong focus on stakeholder management and budget control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee changes in front office processes and ensure smooth cutover planning and execution.
  • Design and implement application updates, data quality improvements, and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to meet project deadlines and milestones.
  • Manage multi-million-pound budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement cutover and transition plans for applications and data.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in front-office application project management.
  • Strong expertise in application development, system cutovers, and data-driven reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
