Salary: £24,933 plus commission

As a Retail Skin Consultant, you will be at the heart of our customer experience, driving sales and delivering exceptional skin consultations on the shop floor. Your key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Focus on delivering a memorable customer experience that results in product sales and increased customer loyalty.
- Educate customers on the benefits of Dermalogica products and help them create a skincare routine that promotes long-term skin health.
- Take ownership of sales targets, both individual and store-wide, ensuring monthly goals are achieved.
- Participate in promotional activities and create engaging customer experiences in store to attract new customers.
- Maintain product displays and ensure stock levels are sufficient to support sales.
We are looking for a dynamic, sales-driven individual with a passion for the retail environment and skin health. Ideally, you will have some background in a skincare consultation, but we will provide all necessary product and service training.
