The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing landscape architecture projects from concept to completion, working closely with our project management team to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee and manage landscape architecture projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that all projects meet the required standards and regulations.
- Site Visits and Surveys: Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess project progress.
- Design and Drafting: Develop and implement landscape design concepts, creating detailed drawings and specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with interdisciplinary design teams, communicating project requirements and progress.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the UK.
- Qualifications: Relevant degree in Landscape Architecture or other relevant postgraduate/master's degree.
- Professional Membership: Chartered member status of the Landscape Institute (or near Chartered).
- Skills: Strong technical, drafting, and graphic skills, with proficiency in software such as ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Personal Qualities: Dynamic, good attention to detail, versatile, organized, self-motivated, methodical, and thorough approach to work.
