Job Overview:
- Supervise classrooms during teacher absences, utilizing pre-prepared lesson plans to engage students.
- Provide constructive feedback to teaching staff on student progress, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Support students with their learning, leveraging your knowledge and experience to address individual needs.
- Contribute to the overall success of our school community by assisting with administrative duties.
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a patient and supportive attitude towards students.
- A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one, along with flexibility to work on short notice.
- Prior experience in a school environment, although not essential.
