Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Wealth Management team in London. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, arrange travel schedules, and process expenses for stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • General team administration, including phone answering and relaying messages.
  • Arranging stakeholder travel and managing related expenses.
  • Providing detailed travel schedules and processing expenses in a timely manner.
Required Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience as an assistant, preferably 3-5 years, ideally from a banking or financial services background.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. You can also expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and pension scheme.
