About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team as a Customer Relations Manager. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the sale of self-funding beds to ensure occupancy targets are achieved within the home.

You will lead on key marketing events within the home, promoting this across social and local media, as well as create community engagement within the home through local schools, businesses, charities and other organisations.

The ideal candidate will excel in establishing and nurturing valuable relationships, not only with our residents and their families, but also within the local community.
