We are looking for a skilled Sales Business Manager to lead our business growth in the South East London region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our award-winning company and drive sales objectives.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Field Sales Business Management, with a focus on B2B sales within FMCG. They will be responsible for creating and implementing a journey plan to cover the region, ensuring profitable sales of products within independent customers.

This role requires strong communication and administrative skills, with the ability to educate, administer, and communicate with existing accounts while identifying new opportunities within the territory.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably within FMCG
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and their application in day-to-day work
  • Demonstrable industry knowledge

Additional requirements include:

  • The ability to review and analyse your own targets to achieve agreed KPIs
  • The ability to create effective PowerPoint presentations to drive sales in selected accounts
  • The ability to extract relevant sales data from CRM systems to support territory analysis

We offer a competitive salary package, including a £55,000 - £65,000 annual salary, along with various benefits, such as a company car or allowance, 5% discretionary bonus, fuel card, office equipment with storage, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, and Health Cash Plan.
