Senior Consultant - Major Projects and Programs

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Assets and Facilities Management team. As a Senior Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing complex projects and programs, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and provide expert advice on real estate and facilities management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a consultancy and delivery role, preferably in the defence sector.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and programs, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
