Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Culinary Support Specialist to join our team at ESS. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Food Preparation: Prepare delicious and nutritious meals for our clients and customers, using a range of ingredients and cooking techniques.
  2. Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and surrounding areas, adhering to strict health and safety regulations.
  3. Equipment Operation: Ensure the correct use of all kitchen equipment and machinery, including ovens, dishwashers, and refrigerators.
  4. Team Support: Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve our goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
  5. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that our clients and customers receive a high level of service and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Culinary Skills: Ability to prepare a range of dishes, using different ingredients and cooking techniques.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, and to follow strict health and safety regulations.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others, providing support and assistance as needed.
