Nurse Practitioner

Stornoway Health Centre is committed to delivering high-quality nursing care to individuals in their own homes from the Stornoway and Greater Broadbay areas.
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Community Nursing team, providing nursing care to patients in their own homes and working within the treatment rooms in two GP practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes
- Work collaboratively with the Community Nursing team to deliver effective care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers
- Contribute to the development of the Community Nursing team and service
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current registration with the NMC
- Experience of working in a community nursing setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
