Editorial Research Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Editorial Research Assistant to join our team at Westminster Forum Projects. As a key member of our Editorial team, you will play a crucial role in helping us produce high-quality conferences on key issues in health policy.
Key Responsibilities- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on emerging trends, policy issues, and potential speakers to inform conference content.
- Conference Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating conferences, including drafting agendas, invitations, and conference materials.
- Speaker Liaison: Liaise with speakers and parliamentary chairs to ensure smooth conference operations.
- Event Support: Provide support for the smooth operation of seminars and receptions, both online and in-person.

You will need to be a self-starter with a focus on moving the organization of your conferences forward. Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in Policy or Conference Production: Solid experience in policy, conference production, journalism, public affairs, or similar fields.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to absorb our funding model and business practices quickly.
- Diplomacy and Problem-Solving: Strong diplomacy and problem-solving skills, with a can-do attitude and a natural willingness to help colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering quality results in a timely manner.
