Job Title

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our out-of-hours urgent care team in Worcestershire and Warwickshire.

Salary: £45-£50 per hour (Ltd or Sole Trader), with enhanced rates for Bank Holidays.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to lead clinical decision-making in our urgent care services, utilising the Adastra system for effective patient management. As part of our dynamic and supportive healthcare environment, you will take a leadership role in patient care, backed by experienced GPs.

The successful candidate will conduct face-to-face consultations in clinics, perform home visits, and provide telehealth consultations as needed. Delivering care during both in-hours and primarily out-of-hours shifts, including weekdays and weekends, is essential.

  1. Lead clinical decision-making in urgent care services, utilising the Adastra system for effective patient management.

  3. Deliver care during both in-hours and primarily out-of-hours shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
  4. Apply advanced clinical skills in the assessment and management of urgent medical cases, ensuring swift and accurate treatment decisions.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Fully qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner, registered with the NMC.
  2. Master's Degree in Advanced Practice or formal recognition as an ANP.
  3. Non-Medical Prescribing qualification and additional training in managing minor injuries and minor illnesses.
  4. Enhanced DBS certificate, registered on the Update Service.
  5. Up-to-date mandatory training, professional registrations, and immunisations.
