Job Title: Health and Safety Trainer - Construction Sector Expert

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Trainer to join our team at Pertemps Newcastle & Gateshead. As a Health and Safety Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive Health and Safety training programmes tailored to the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver Health and Safety training programmes
Conduct face-to-face teaching and delivery in groups
Utilise engaging instructional techniques and materials
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training needs
Provide guidance and support to learners
Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions
Act as a subject matter expert

Essential Requirements:

Background in Construction Management
NEBOSH Certificate or above
Management Qualification at Level 5 or equivalent
Teaching Award at level 3 or above is desirable
Experience delivering Health and Safety Programmes within the Construction Sector
Flexibility in travel and must hold a Full UK driving license
