About Helio Fintech Ltd.

We are a next-gen fintech company offering a suite of payment tools for e-commerce merchants and Internet entrepreneurs, built on the blockchain.

Our platform enables merchants to accept USDC and hundreds of digital assets, with instant payouts and low fees.

We are looking for a talented AV Solutions Engineer to join our team and help us build and improve our software platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrate and support our software platform by helping our developer community build solutions using our platform, integrations, and plugins.
  • Collaborate with our developer community to deliver financial-grade quality throughout our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge to support our platform and community.
  • Contribute to improving our platform from a customer perspective.
  • Participate in product testing and bug squashing.
  • Utilize exceptional query skills and ability to build data models using SQL and NoSQL.
  • Troubleshoot and investigate complex issues across systems.
  • Take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of solutions engineering experience in frontend and customer teams using full-stack technologies like Node and JavaScript, Typescript, and embedded components like React, SDKs, and other plugins built around PHP and Python.
  • Experience in developer communities and ability to help those developers get our platform integrated across many solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Desire to learn, improve, and grow with our company.
