Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for audio-visual systems, including video conferencing and display technologies.
  • Diagnose and remedy faults and problems with AV equipment.
  • Ensure all systems are fully functional and provide troubleshooting or handover to relevant personnel to minimize system downtime.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Assist with high-priority events and meetings, providing technical support and expertise as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding and operational knowledge of video conferencing and audio-visual systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing client needs and priorities.
  • Experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
