Role Overview

As a Zero Carbon Living Advisor at OVO Energy, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers achieve their sustainability goals. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries, and educating customers on our Plan Zero mission and decarbonisation of the home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers through phone, email, and web chat to resolve their queries and provide solutions to their energy-related needs.
  • Take ownership of customer contacts, ensuring that queries are resolved first time to prevent repeat contact.
  • Coach and support colleagues in areas where you have a deeper level of knowledge or skill.
  • Autonomously manage your day, ensuring that the overall objectives of the squad are achieved.
  • Prepare and attend meetings as required, actively contributing to discussions and decisions.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement efforts in both squad ways of working and customer experience.
Requirements
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced customer service environment and have a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
  • Demonstrate our OVO values and be an advocate of Plan Zero.
