VANRATH is delighted to be working closely with a reputable Charity to recruit for a Finance Manager. This role involves managing a small team of 4 and overseeing the management of the accounting function, payroll, and processes.

The Charity is embarking on an exciting 5-year redevelopment plan, making it a fantastic time to join the business and grow with it.

What We Offer:

About You:

  • Qualified Accountant or Part Qualified/QBE
  • Experience in managing staff
  • SAGE experience
  • Experience of managing budgets
  • Strong IT skills
  • Teamwork ethos

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial, accounting, and payroll through SAGE
  • Manage finance officers and administrator
  • Maintain proper use of Charity funds
  • Help produce annual budgets and cash flow projections
  • Manage supplier relationships
