About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Fine Arts Curriculum Manager at City of Glasgow College. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality academic programmes in Fine Arts, aligning with our college's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement curriculum policies and procedures for Fine Arts programmes.
- Manage and motivate a team of lecturers to deliver excellent teaching and learning experiences for students.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the college to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance student experience.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A relevant qualification at SCQF level 10 and recent vocational experience in education or a related field.
- Excellent IT skills, good communication skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of delivering virtual learning and creating engaging units/courses of study that utilise a range of online learning tools.
