We are seeking a skilled Lounge Supervisor to join our team at the American Express Centurion lounge in Heathrow Terminal 3 Departures. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality of food and beverage offerings.

  • Manage a team of service staff to ensure seamless delivery of food and beverage services to customers.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the lounge food service areas and kitchen.
  • Interact with customers to gain feedback on service and product, and communicate findings to Sodexo.
  • Plan and delegate tasks to team members to achieve customer delight.
  • Oversee the ordering of all produce to ensure sufficient supplies of all F&B and other materials at all times.

  • A recognized food hygiene qualification.
  • Knowledge of volume catering.
  • Clear understanding of Health and Safety legislation.
  • Clear understanding of Food Hygiene legislation.
  • Ability to supervise and develop junior members of the catering team.
  • A strong background in staff management and a thorough understanding of conducting investigations and performance management.

  • 40 hours per week.

  • Shift pattern: 4 on 2 off (required to work on weekends).
