About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lounge Supervisor at American Express Centurion lounge Terminal 3 Departures. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Food and Beverage Management: Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring that quality and quantity meet our high standards.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of service staff, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of food and beverages, ensuring that we have sufficient supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, and that our lounge meets the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Requirements
  • Food Hygiene Qualification: Hold a recognized food hygiene qualification.
  • Volume Catering Experience: Have experience in volume catering, with a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Leadership Skills: Possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of service staff.
  • Communication Skills: Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and management.
