**Job Title:** Asset Maintenance Lead

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Maintenance Lead to join our dynamic engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance of production equipment, quickly reacting to breakdowns to minimize downtime, and performing equipment repairs and preventative maintenance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the maintenance of production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • React quickly to breakdowns to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production operations
  • Perform equipment repairs and preventative maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and reduce maintenance costs
  • Lead factory start-up and testing processes to ensure equipment is functioning correctly
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation to meet regulatory requirements

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum Level 3 Engineering qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Previous experience managing a team and overseeing maintenance operations
  • Awareness and understanding of statutory requirements and legislation
  • Experience in repairing and maintaining machinery in a controlled environment
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capabilities
  • Excellent attention to detail
