Lead Maintenance Technician

As a Lead Maintenance Technician at Tesco, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution centres. This involves carrying out maintenance procedures safely and efficiently, working closely with the DC MM and MT's to deliver statutory requirements and proactive planned maintenance. Your day-to-day supervision of technicians will be crucial in ensuring the business continues to deliver its promise of serving Britain's shoppers a little better every day.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise a team of technicians to ensure maintenance procedures are carried out safely and efficiently
Work closely with the DC MM and MT's to deliver statutory requirements and proactive planned maintenance
Provide day-to-day supervision to technicians to ensure the business continues to deliver its promise
Requirements
Experience in supervising a team
Experience working remotely and traveling between sites
Good time management and communication skills
Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
