Job Description

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will provide clear communication, direction, support, and active involvement in achieving the standards and quality required. The ideal candidate will have a high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach, with a commitment to high-quality care and values-based practice.

You will be responsible for interpreting data to provide meaningful insights to clinical colleagues, managing the Hospital's compliance with the standards within all contracts, and ensuring information submissions and recordings meet set deadlines and quality. You will also line manage a Quality & Compliance Coordinator and drive quality improvements while being a role model.

This role comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including annual leave (33 days plus Bank Holidays), birthday off, wellbeing support, career development opportunities, pension contribution, life assurance, and retail discounts. The estimated salary for this position is around £52,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
