We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ambulance Service Advisor to join our team at the East of England Ambulance Service.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing expert advice and guidance to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice and guidance to ambulance staff on clinical and operational matters.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient care and service delivery.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to identify and address service improvement opportunities.
- Support the development and delivery of training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a similar role or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
