Workshop Operations Lead - A Leadership Role in Vehicle Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workshop Operations Lead to oversee the efficient operation of our busy workshops. This role is crucial in maintaining our fleet's operational readiness, minimizing downtime due to vehicle issues, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective leadership and supervision to workshop technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize workshop efficiency, streamline processes, and reduce operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards within the workshops.
  • Identify training needs for technicians and implement development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
