Job Summary:

Hireful Ltd is seeking a highly organized and skilled Academic Coordinator to join their team. As an Academic Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating the daily operations of our accredited education programs, ensuring smooth delivery and excellent service to our students and tutors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support within a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills. Experience in coordinating, delivering, and hosting professional training events, or in maintaining academic records, is desirable.

In this diverse role, you will handle a range of responsibilities including managing student inquiries and enrolment, administering committees, and coordinating the delivery of our accredited programs. This involves liaising with students, speakers, supervisors, and mentors, as well as working with venue and equipment providers.

We offer a comprehensive reward package for this role, including a basic salary of between £25,000 - £26,000 (£16,000 – £16,640 pro-rata) per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer generous employer pension contributions starting at 7% and increasing up to 10% with length of service.
