Trainee Residential Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Residential Surveyor. As a Trainee, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the field of residential surveying.

About the Role

As a Trainee Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting experienced surveyors in the valuation and surveying of residential properties. You will work closely with our team to develop your skills and knowledge, and will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of property types and scenarios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist experienced surveyors in the valuation and surveying of residential properties
  • Develop skills and knowledge in the field of residential surveying
  • Work closely with the team to develop and implement effective surveying strategies
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and relationships
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a strong base knowledge of residential building pathology and be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation. You will also need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships.
