Trainee Residential Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Residential Surveyor. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in residential valuation and property risk services, working alongside our experienced team of RICS-registered surveyors.

About the Role

As a Trainee Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting our surveyors in the valuation and risk assessment of residential properties. You will work closely with our team to develop your skills and knowledge, and will have the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of property types and scenarios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surveyors in the valuation and risk assessment of residential properties
  • Develop skills and knowledge in residential valuation and property risk services
  • Work closely with the team to develop and implement effective solutions
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the team
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Eligibility for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation
  • Strong base knowledge of Residential Building Pathology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build effective working relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative, and a proactive approach
