About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at ABM UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional cleaning services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained across all sites.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and rotas to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company funds.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in cleaning operations management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures, with the ability to ensure compliance.
