Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Manager to lead our residential service in Edlington, Doncaster. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our service users.
About the RoleAs a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, including developing and implementing person-centred support plans, conducting care needs assessments, recruiting and inducting new colleagues, and ensuring regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our service users.
- Develop and implement person-centred support plans, taking into account the individual needs and goals of each service user.
- Conduct care needs assessments, identifying the needs and requirements of each service user.
- Recruit and induct new colleagues, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality care and support.
- Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role.
- A Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience line managing a large team and supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours.
