Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Manager looking to make a real difference in the lives of others? We're seeking a fantastic Registered Manager to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd in Edlington, Doncaster.

About the Role

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading our residential service, working closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure that individuals gain more independence in their daily lives and achieve positive outcomes.

You will be managing the day-to-day running of the service, developing and implementing person-centred support plans, conducting care needs assessments, recruiting and inducting new colleagues, completing supervisions and appraisals, and ensuring regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the residential service, developing and implementing person-centred support plans
  • Conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues
  • Complete supervisions and appraisals, medication competencies, and medication audits
  • Attend multi-disciplinary meetings, complete quarterly audits and reports
  • Effectively manage the service's P&L, ensuring regulatory and legislative requirements are met
Requirements

We're looking for a Registered Manager with:

  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role
  • Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration
  • Level 5 in Health and Social Care
  • Experience line managing a large team and supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours
