The Role

We're seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join our restaurant leadership team, supporting the Head Chef in leading our kitchen team. As a Senior Sous Chef, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every dish served meets our high standards, and for developing and growing your team to be engaged, motivated, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing kitchen team
  • Ensure that all food served meets our high standards
  • Develop and grow your team to be engaged, motivated, and high-performing
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to drive kitchen performance and improve processes
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food safety, health and safety, and stock control

What We're Looking For
  • A Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef with experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced and complex environment
  • A strong communicator who can lead and motivate their team to achieve high standards
  • Experience in managing kitchen operations, including food safety, health and safety, and stock control
  • A passion for creating an inclusive and respectful work environment, where everyone feels valued and supported
