As a dedicated Data Engineer, you will have the opportunity to build Hyble's data infrastructure from scratch, shaping the company's long-term data strategy.

Salary
£65,000 (dependent on experience)

Job Description

You will be responsible for building and maintaining a scalable data platform emphasizing self-service capabilities for efficient data access and analysis. This includes leading the architecture and design of the data platform, ensuring it is robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs. Additionally, you will provide training and support to other developers to enhance their data skills and understanding.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining scalable data platforms and choosing the right tooling for the job.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses and data pipeline development and orchestration tools such as Airflow and dbt.
  • Experience of at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong programming skills (at a minimum Python + SQL) for automation and custom integrations.
