Estimated Salary: £75,000 per annum
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will work as a scrub nurse or circulating nurse during various operative procedures, including Laparoscopy, Endoscopy, Trauma emergencies, Orthopedic, Pediatric, ENT, Maternity, Gynecological, Urology, Vascular, and Plastics.
- Serving as a key member of the operating room team, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of surgical procedures.
- Assisting anaesthetists during induction and throughout the anaesthetic period, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.
- Monitoring and assessing patients' clinical condition, taking prompt action to ensure their safety and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Acting as a Charge Nurse and team leader when required, utilizing clinical, hospital, and community resources.
- Participating in unit Quality Improvement activities and approved research projects.
- Engaging in professional development through continuing education programs and staying current with professional literature.
