Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Russell Taylor Group. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing our division and developing multi-million-pound key accounts.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute business development strategies to grow our division.
  2. Manage and develop multi-million-pound key accounts.
  3. Conduct market research and gather industry intelligence.
  4. Deliver business development presentations and negotiate deals.
  5. Collaborate with sales teams, technical lab staff, and other areas of the business.
  6. Utilize CRM to record activities and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in business development and key account management in a technical sales role.
  2. Experience within the testing, metallurgy, and composite industry.
  3. Ability to manage multi-million-pound accounts and travel up to 75% of the time.
  4. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
