Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Brow & Beauty Expert to join our team in Tamworth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert brow styling and beauty advice, and driving sales through upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Deliver expert brow styling and beauty advice, using our premium products to transform customers into their best selves.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling, using your knowledge of our products to make recommendations that delight customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product launches, using this knowledge to inform your sales approach and provide expert advice to customers.
