Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Beauty Expert to join our team in Tamworth. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert advice on beauty products, and creating a personalized experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
    • Offer personalized product recommendations and advice to customers
    • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Beauty Services
    • Provide expert brow styling services, including waxing, tinting, and tweezing
    • Offer makeovers and beauty consultations to customers
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product knowledge
  • Teamwork and Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
    • Support colleagues in achieving their sales targets and providing excellent customer service
  • Administration and Housekeeping
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter and displays
    • Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks, as required

Requirements

  • Qualifications and Experience
    • Previous experience in a beauty-related role, preferably in a retail environment
    • Excellent product knowledge and understanding of beauty trends
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
