Aviva is seeking a highly skilled Asset Performance Engineer to join their new CIO Gen AI Platform team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a state-of-the-art Gen AI platform that provides a common framework to architect, build, test, deploy and run Gen AI capabilities and services. This role will involve building all aspects of a productionised platform, including monitoring/observability, security standards, and DevSecOps best practice framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Software Engineering and DevSecOps, with experience in implementing microservice architectures on large scale distributed systems through APIs. They will also have expertise in AWS(EKS)/Azure infra (Terraform, CloudFormation), API/Integration systems delivery (Spring, OAS3.0), strong Python/Java/Node JS programming, DevSecOps principles and practice, Agile/Scrum methodology, and solid understanding/implementation of security, monitoring/observability and systems assurance best practices.
