Job Title: Trade Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Trade Specialist to join Niyaa People Ltd in the Lincoln area. As a key member of our team, you will work on renovations and maintenance within tenanted properties located within 25 miles of Lincoln.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out renovation and maintenance work within tenanted properties
  • Working closely with colleagues to achieve project goals

Estimated Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Relevant trade qualifications and certifications
  • Proven experience in renovation and maintenance work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
