Sales and Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Internal Sales Advisor to join our team at Tyman UK and Ireland. As an Internal Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our External Sales Team with key accounts, export, and intercompany sales.
Main Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide a quality customer service experience to our customers, responding promptly to their needs and queries.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with the external sales team and customers, acting with the highest integrity and professionalism.
- Order Processing: Accurately process orders using IT systems, ensuring the system is continuously kept up to date.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, visitors, customers, and managers, developing and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Product Awareness: Build and maintain own product awareness, identifying areas of product training where necessary.
- Customer Outreach: Proactively contact customers to obtain orders and/or to advise of promotions or products of specific interest.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to project a positive, friendly, and professional attitude at all times.
- Customer Focus: Tailor your approach based on the customer's needs, driving results and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage own workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical Skills: Competent use of Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
