About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering person-centred care, supporting independence, and honouring choice to help our residents live their best lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
- Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for each of our residents.
- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
Requirements
- As a Registered Nurse, with a valid NMC pin, you will be responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home.
- You have previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard.
- You are confident offering clinical guidance for care teams, being crucial in helping with all CQC tasks.
- You enjoy building connections with residents and their family, giving them the kindness and support and care they deserve.
