Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a Director of Engineering or similar leadership role.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise in leading web applications projects built with Python (Django) and Javascript (React), deployed to cloud infrastructure (AWS).
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, particularly hiring and managing a remote, cross-functional team.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management and organizational skills.
