**Job Overview**: Benton Robertson seeks a skilled Technical Java Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain software applications using Java, prioritizing technical debt reduction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implementation: Utilize Java and related frameworks to design and implement software features, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with agile teams to prioritize technical debt, implementing solutions to improve codebase efficiency.
  • Code Reviews and Feedback: Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidance to ensure adherence to coding standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, preferably with Java.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
