Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Select Appointments. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for maximizing warranty claim efficiency and achieving monthly financial targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage depot and customer warranty claims to ensure timely resolution and maximum claim success.
  • Verify parts and labour times to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Submit warranty claims using JDS and Rev8 systems to facilitate seamless processing.
  • Maintain a paid claim archive and prepare warranty claims for audits to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Monitor and respond to 'live' warranty claims and Techweb calls to provide exceptional customer service.
