Job Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Research Assistant to contribute to the Climate Compatible Growth (CCG) project, a multi-year research and engagement initiative funded by the UK Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office. Working closely with CCG partners, the successful candidate will support research and engagement activities, particularly in Country Partnerships, International Partnerships, and Programmed Research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing research projects under WS5c, focusing on CCG client countries.
  • Support demand-led research and contribute to the broader research and engagement activities of the Smith School and CCG.
  • Collaborate with the CCG team to identify and pursue opportunities for knowledge transfer and engagement.

Requirements:
  • A strong academic background in research, with a passion for economic development and a commitment to supporting CCG's mission.
  • Excellent partnership, impact, and/or project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including researchers, policymakers, and community leaders.
